Meatball Stroganoff

36 frozen meatballs
1/2 cup minced onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese

Combine all ingredients in a freezer bag and freeze. To serve; thaw and place in a greased crock pot. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hrs. Spoon over hot noodles.
