Brown Sugar Chicken

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup lemon-lime soda
2/3 cup vinegar
3 cloves minced garlic
2 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground black pepper

Place chicken in slow cooker. Pour sauce over top. Cook on low for 4 - 6 hours.
